- Business must be conducted in an approved building - Must have a business licence from the local authority (MDKP) - Applicant must have a business registration certificate issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia - Must be located at least 100 meters away from predominantly Muslim residential areas - Must be at least 100 meters away from mosques and schools - Required documents for new application or renewal: a) Application form (5 copies) b) Copy of identity card (5 copies) c) Applicant's photo (5 pieces) d) Copy of business licence from MDKP (5 copies) e) Copy of SSM (5 copies)
