Application requirements

- New application/renewal required - Applicant must complete the application form under the Entertainment and Places of Entertainment Enactment 1998 - Must obtain comments from relevant technical agencies/departments: - A. Local authority - B. District police chief - C. Fire department - D. Any other necessary agency - Must obtain approval from the District Safety Committee (JKKD) which meets once a month to present to the State Safety Committee (JKKN) - Must obtain approval from JKKN
