Overview

The Poultry Farming Licence (PFL) is required for individuals or businesses intending to farm more than 500 chickens or ducks, or more than 1,000 quails. This licence permits the holder to engage in poultry farming activities legally.

Application requirements

- Annual Licence Renewal: Form A - Renewal Application for Each Year - Three copies of Identity Card - New Application: Company Registration Copy (if applying as a company) - Form 49, Form 24, Memorandum and Articles, Company Resolution - Confirmation letter from the applicant as a company representative or sworn declaration if private - Four passport-sized photos of the applicant - Land and Farm Information (For Renewal Licence Only): Land grant copy (if not landowner or renting, must obtain sworn declaration/stamp duty) - Land plan copy - Land conversion to related farming (must be approved first) - Land use plan (500 meter radius) by a licensed surveyor - Road plan to the location with straight distance from any residential house, school, or place of worship within 2 km from the poultry farm boundary - Four project site photos (in CD) - Proposed farm layout plan with basic facilities (Total number of barns with size, feed storage, medicine storage, workers' house, office, sewage pond, incinerator, etc.) - Farm building and structure design issued and certified by a licensed contractor - Pollution control and farm management plan (pollution management, farm management, medicine management, infrastructure, biosecurity control, and related matters)
