Application requirements

- Minimum access road width of 12 meters, and 15 meters for industrial areas. - Building lines must be set back according to specified criteria. - Minimum access road reserve required is 20 meters. - All costs for road improvements must be borne by the developer. - Traffic Impact Assessment report required for developments exceeding 200 units or 4100 square meters. - Intersection designs must comply with JKR technical guidelines. - Pavement structure designs must adhere to existing standards. - Bridge or slope designs must be reviewed by an independent checker engineer. - Road Safety Audits must be conducted by accredited auditors. - Traffic management plans must comply with technical guidelines during construction.
