Agency fee breakdown

1. Processing fee for NaOH Permit is RM100.00, payable via internet banking through the My.Pharma-C system. 2. The validity of the NaOH Permit is according to the calendar year, expiring on December 31 of the current year. 3. Renewal applications must be made in October each year or as specified by the state Pharmacy Enforcement Branch issuing the licence.
