Agency fee breakdown

1. Application fee - RM100.00 2. Deposit - RM100,000.00 3. Transfer rates for rock materials: a) Soil, red earth per cubic meter - RM3.00 b) Large stone, small stone per cubic meter - RM4.00 c) Bricks, per 1,000 units or part - RM4.00 d) Sand per cubic meter - RM4.00 4. Permit 4C - RM100.00 5. Receipt book (doket) - RM6.00 6. Official title search - RM75.00 7. Litto Syit plan - RM30.00 Fees are subject to the Kedah Land Rules 1995 amendment 2015.
