Application requirements

- Extraction is limited to approved areas marked in red on the plan. - Load for a six-wheeled lorry is limited to 4 cubic meters; for a ten-wheeled lorry, 6 cubic meters. - Transporting rock materials is allowed only from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with breaks during specific hours. - Extraction is prohibited on weekends and public holidays without written permission. - If access crosses a waterway, a culvert with a minimum diameter of 3 feet must be used. - Access roads must be maintained and approved by the District Land Administrator if using District Office roads. - Permit holders are responsible for repairing any damage to public property. - Permit holders must ensure that the extraction area is not dusty to avoid disturbing local residents. - For freehold land, coupons must be used even if no royalty is charged.
