New Application/Renewal of Transfer Permission Certificate (AKPM/AKPK) - Free Veterinary Health Certificate (SKV): RM 5.00/consignment Permission for Slaughter (AKS) for ceremonial purposes: i. Cattle/Buffalo: RM 35/head ii. Goat/Sheep: RM 25/head iii. Pig: RM 28/head Valid for 3 days from the date of issuance.
