On-Dock Depot Licence (ODDL)

- Application is relevant to Empty Container Depot Operators operating within the port area in Port Klang only. - The online form for new licence application/renewal must be completed using CAPITAL LETTERS. - Scanned supporting documents must be submitted with the online form, including Corporate Information and Depot Layout Plan. - Approved licences are subject to all terms and conditions imposed by Port Klang Authority. - Depots relocating must notify Port Klang Authority and update the licence with a new Depot Layout Plan and MPK Business Licence. - Depots that have ceased operations must officially notify Port Klang Authority. - Depot Operators must upload the latest copy of the Business License issued by the Klang Municipal Council (MPK) by 31st January each year. - Depot Codes and Licences cannot be transferred or used by a different party. - Port Klang Authority can amend or impose additional terms and conditions as necessary. - Any changes to registered information must be updated immediately with supporting documents. - The operating licence can be terminated by Port Klang Authority for violations of acts, by-laws, or licensing conditions.

Licence Fee: RM1,000.00 per year Validity Period: This licence is valid for one (1) year from January to December.
