Agency fee breakdown
1) Licence validity period is 12 months;
2) Licence fee;
A- Private Employment Agency Licence Fee: RM25.00
B- Bond; (i) Local Employment:
Cash Bond: RM1000.00
Guarantee Bond: RM5000.00
(ii) Overseas Employment:
Cash Bond: RM5000.00
Guarantee Bond: RM10,000.00;
C- Registration Fee; (i) Fee for registering all categories of local employment, valid for 12 months: Not more than RM12.00;
(ii) Fee for registering all categories of overseas employment: Not more than RM20.00;
D- Placement Fee; (i) Placement fee for local placements: Not more than 20% of the initial monthly salary;
(ii) Placement fee for overseas placements: Not more than 25% of the initial monthly salary.
