Application requirements
- Applicants must complete the application form under the Entertainment and Places of Entertainment Enactment 1998.
- Obtain comments from relevant technical agencies/departments:
- A. Local authority
- B. District police chief
- C. Fire department
- D. Any other necessary agency
- Obtain approval from the District Safety Committee (JKKD) which meets once a month to present to the State Safety Committee (JKKN).
- Obtain approval from JKKN.
