- Pre-feasibility report for small-scale mining - Certified Mining Engineer
- Feasibility report for large-scale mining - Certified Mining Engineer
- Copy of ownership
- Copy of latest land tax payment receipt
- Latest Official Search Certificate (original and 5 copies)
- Letter of consent from registered stakeholders in the ownership
- Letter of consent to manage the application if there are multiple owners in one ownership
