Application requirements
- Applicant must be registered with the eBMGPermit System to obtain a User ID and Password. Documents to be submitted in Hard Copy (Certified True Copy) and Soft Copy (in .pdf format and not exceeding 5 MB per file) include:
- Company Profile;
- Copy of Form 24;
- Copy of Form 49;
- Memorandum & Articles of Association.

- Documents required for online application through the eBMGPermit System include:
- Customs Form K2;
- Proforma Invoice/Purchase Order;
- Related Licences (ML/PML/4c/4b/SKSK/SKSPM/LPBM/MOL);
- Letter of Authorization from the supplier;
- Analysis of Mineral and Rock Materials;
- Sales Contract.
Agency fee breakdown
Export Licence (AP) for sand, silica sand, silica flour, filter sand, and armour rock - 6 months (subject to amendments)
Export Licence (AP) for minerals and rock materials (other than above) - 1 year (subject to amendments)
Note: Approved Export Licences will automatically expire if the validity period has lapsed or the approved quantity has been fully utilized (whichever comes first).
