Application requirements
- Complete the Liquor Sales Licence application form (Retail/Wholesale/Class 1 Public House).
- Required documents (1 copy each):
- Application letter
- Copy of applicant's identity card
- Copy of company registration
- Copy of land ownership or land lease agreement
- Passport-sized photo of the applicant
- Location plan
- Site plan of the premises
- Photos of the premises (2 exterior and 2 interior from different angles)
- Copy of advertisement in newspapers (1 in Malay and 1 in English)
- Any other necessary documents as required.

Deposit - RM 8000.00
