Application requirements

- Submit a guarantee in the form of a General Bond worth no less than RM10,000.00. - Submit a Bank Guarantee for critical goods or a General Bond for non-critical goods equivalent to the duty/tax amount. - Transport companies must be registered as forwarding agents with relevant Customs stations. - Applications to transport dutiable goods must use Customs Form No. 8 or Excise Form No. 8. - Vehicle registration numbers used for transporting goods must be recorded on all related forms. - Ensure Customs Form No. 8/Excise Form No. 8 is approved before transportation. - For critical goods, use locked vehicles, curtain-sided vehicles, or open car carrier trailers only. - Locked vehicles must be secured and sealed by Customs at the dispatch station.

Agency fee breakdown

Fee: Licensed carriers must submit a guarantee in the form of a General Bond worth no less than RM10,000.00 to ensure driver conduct for each approved vehicle. For locked containers, a General Bond worth no less than RM10,000.00 must be provided for each application. License Validity Period: Two (2) Years
