Application requirements

- The applicant must have a valid business registration certificate from SSM. - The applicant must have a valid business licence from the local authority. - The applicant must not have been convicted of an offense under the Animal Welfare Act 2015 (Act 772) or its subsidiary legislation within 5 years prior to the application date. - Activities must comply with the Animal Welfare Code of Practice – Pet Sales Activities. - Activities must involve the sale of pets only.
