Individuals aged 18 and above, registered companies, registered associations/organizations
Application requirements
- For new applications, all new applications have been frozen as per the directive from the Negeri Sembilan Government for the year 2017 and will resume once the freeze cancellation directive is received.
- For new applications (Individual - 2 copies for each item): Applicant's Identity Card, Spouse's Identity Card (if any)
- For new applications (Company - 2 copies for each item): Company Registration (SSM), M&A, Form 24, Form 44, Form 49
- For new applications (Association/Organization - 2 copies for each item): Copy of Association/Organization Registration, Registered Constitution/By-Laws, Meeting Minutes stating Approval for the Application
- Form PTNS-2/96-5, Copy of Land Grant / Official Search Certificate, Letter of Permission from Landowner (if land is owned), Area Plan Applied
- For renewal applications: Form PTNS-2/96-5, latest 'Corporate Information' from SSM (requirement for companies only; if applicable)

Application and Plan Fee: RM 48.00
Royalty Fee: RM 3.00 per cubic meter (m3)
Deposit Fee: 3 times the Royalty Fee (for new applications & area expansion only)
Dock Fee: RM 10.00 per book (+ max. 50 sheets)
Validity Period: 1 year
