Application requirements
- Appointed ship manager registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)
- Managed vessels must exceed 500GT for cargo ships and all sizes for passenger ships operating in international waters
- Ship owner or manager must possess an IMO number issued by IHS Fairplay
