Housing Development Licence (HDL)

Overview

The Housing Development Licence (HDL) is required for developers intending to build and sell residential properties of nine units or more, as approved by the State Planning Authority of Sarawak. This licence permits the construction and sale of residential homes on land and strata titles.

Agency fee breakdown

Licence fee:- 1) 9 units - 30 units = RM250.00 2) 31 units - 100 units = RM750.00 3) 100 units and above = RM1,000.00
