Application requirements

- Complete the application form for selling intoxicating liquor under the Excise Act 1976 (Section 35 and Regulation II (1)). - New Application: Required documents include: a) 1 application letter b) 6 copies of the applicant's identity card c) 6 copies of company registration d) 6 copies of land ownership/lease agreement e) 6 location plans f) 6 site plans of the premises g) 6 photos of the premises (2 outside and 2 inside from different angles). - Renewal (One Copy): 1. Copy of last year's license 2. Copy of identity card 3. Application form 4. To be submitted before December each year.
