Application requirements

- The company must have a valid and exclusive franchise agreement with the principal company. - The imported vehicle must have an engine capacity exceeding 1,800 cc (for cars) or exceeding 250 cc (for motorcycles). - The on-road selling price must exceed RM250,000 per unit (for cars only). - The imported vehicle must not be a tuned-up vehicle.
