Application requirements
- Registration under Section 6A (Franchisee to Foreign Franchisor)
- The applicant must be a company registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) under ROC or ROB status.
- Ensure that the company's information in the SSM database is up to date, not older than 6 months.
- Must have signed a franchise agreement with a foreign franchisor registered with the Registrar under Section 54 of the Franchise Act (Amendment) 2012.

Registration fee (upon approval): RM 1,000.00
Validity: Ends when the company surrenders the registration or it is canceled by the Registrar.
