Companies, business registrations, limited liability registrations, cooperatives, and others
Application requirements
- Copy of the applicant's identity card
- Registration letter of the logging operator and contractor registered with the State Forestry Department
- Company registration letter (SSM)
- Application letter from the applicant
- Certified copy of the land grant by the Land Administrator
- Stamped statutory declaration (Results)
- Signed Form A by the District Land Office
- Signed Form A1 of the Extraction Road by the District Land Office
- Plan of the applied area along with the certified key plan from the Land Office and CP Plan
- Two (2) copies of the above documents must be submitted to the relevant District Forestry Office for further action.
Agency fee breakdown
A. Application Requirements:-
1. Deposit (Depends on the area applied)
2. Property Marking Fee RM100.00 per year
3. Classification Marking Fee RM100.00 per year
4. Boundary Marking RM3.00 / hectare
5. Transfer Licence (Form 5) a. Up to 10 cubic meters = RM10.00 / six months or part thereof.
b. 10 cubic meters but not exceeding 25 cubic meters = RM25.00 / six months or part thereof.
c. Exceeding 25 cubic meters = RM50.00 / six months or part thereof.
6. Extension of Licence Period (Form 5) = RM100.00 / six months or part thereof.
7. Plan Purchase = RM20.00
B. Validity Period:-
Not exceeding six (6) months from the date of issuance and cannot be renewed.
