Application requirements
- Submit a letter of application and relevant supporting documents:
- One (1) copy of the approval/support letter from the Land Office and relevant agencies.
- One (1) copy of the plan with key plan issued by the District Land Office.
- One (1) copy of the CP plan certified by the Survey Office.
- One (1) copy of the applicant's identity card.
- One (1) copy of the company registration letter (SSM) (for company applications).
- One (1) copy of the logging operator registration letter from the State Forestry Department.
Agency fee breakdown
New Application Fee:-
a) Classification Mark: RM 100.00 per year or part thereof
b) Property Mark: RM 100.00 per year or part thereof
c) Premium for Logging in Permanent Forest Reserve (Land Forest)
i) Virgin Forest/Regeneration: RM 1250.00 per hectare
ii) Logged Forest: RM 1000.00 per hectare
d) Licence to extract forest products: RM 100.00 per year or part thereof
e) Sub-licence: RM 3.00 per person for a period not exceeding 3 months
f) Logging Contractor: RM 100.00 per year or part thereof
g) Measurement and marking of licensed area
i) Virgin Forest: RM 3.00 per hectare
ii) Logged Forest: RM 3.00 per hectare
Renewal Fee:-
a) Classification Mark: RM 100.00 per year or part thereof
b) Property Mark: RM 100.00 per year or part thereof
c) Premium for Logging in Permanent Forest Reserve (Land Forest)
i) Virgin Forest/Regeneration: RM 1250.00 per hectare
ii) Logged Forest: RM 1000.00 per hectare
d) Extension of Licence to extract forest products: RM 50.00 for a period of 6 months or part thereof
e) Sub-licence: RM 3.00 per person for a period not exceeding 3 months
f) Logging Contractor: RM 100.00 per year or part thereof
