Application requirements
- Complete the application form under the Entertainment and Places of Entertainment Enactment 1998.
- Obtain comments from relevant technical agencies/departments:
- A. Local Authority
- B. District Police Chief
- C. Fire Department
- D. Other necessary agencies
- Obtain approval from the District Safety Committee (JKKD) which meets monthly to present to the State Safety Committee (JKKN).
- Obtain approval from JKKN.
