Application requirements
- Application must be made using Form 5a in Schedule Three.
- Fees must be paid as specified in Schedule One and registered upon payment.
- If the applied area overlaps with existing mining rights, the director must be notified promptly.
- All applications will be considered on a quarterly basis.
- The last working day of each calendar quarter is the quarterly cutoff date.
- An application will be considered to have the cutoff date of the quarter in which it is registered.

Issuance fee - RM500.00
Annual holding fee - RM100.00 per unit
