Application requirements
- Malaysian citizen
- At least 18 years old
- Obtain written permission from the land/building owner
- Obtain written support from relevant parties such as village head, police, local authority, etc.
- No activities that touch on individual/racial sensitivities such as slandering, insulting, mocking, or exploiting during performances
- No political activities allowed
- Women are not allowed to perform or appear on stage in public places
- Child performances are allowed (for girls, only those under 12 years old are permitted)
- Dress modestly during performances
- Application form must be submitted at least one (1) week before the performance date
- A deposit of RM500.00 must be paid (refundable after one day post-performance if the licensing authority is satisfied with the event and all conditions are met; otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded)
- No entertainment activities allowed from after Asr (Thursday) until Asr (Friday)
Agency fee breakdown
1. Processing fee for one performance (Breakdown) RM30.00 or in centralized entertainment licence/permit;
2. Centralized Entertainment Licence/Permit Fee RM30.00;
3. One-time Entertainment Licence/Permit Fee RM30.00;
4. Validity period depends on the number of days (day/night) and time approved by the Licensing Officer.
These are amounts payable to Pejabat Tanah dan Jajahan Gua Musang. Emerhub's service fee is quoted separately when you engage us.
