Application requirements

- The applicant company must submit an official application to the Penang Port Commission (SPPP) and be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia. - SPPP will submit the application to the Office of the Secretary of the State of Penang and the Royal Malaysian Customs Department to obtain clearance for SPPP to issue the authority letter. - The application will also be presented at the SPPP Board Meeting for approval. - The authority letter will be issued once all the above conditions are met.
