- One copy of MAA (Memorandum and Articles)

- Technical Department Report (JMG)
- Renewal application form
- Local and export production report from the previous year
- Site usage agreement if not owned
- Temporary occupation license if using a jetty (application made at District Land Office)
- Compliance with approved export quotas
- Compliance with approved transportation methods, either land or sea
- Compliance with PTG Circular No. 6/2014
