Application requirements
- Applications must be submitted by the developer, or a letter of authorization from the developer or landowner must be included if submitted by a consultant.
- Submit 4 copies of the concept plan in A3 size and 4 copies of detailed plans (if any) certified by a qualified consultant/architect, along with 4 copies of other documents if available.
- Obtain approval from the Minister of Works and meet the technical requirements set by LLM.
- For extension applications, a letter of request from the applicant with justifications must be provided.
