a. Two copies of the publicity material application form
b. Two copies of poster/bunting (colored and non-colored).
- Tape Publicity Materials:
a. Two copies of the publicity material application form
b. Two copies of inlay/cover (colored and non-colored).

2) TAPE: RM20.00 /TITLE
