Application requirements
- Ship owner or appointed ship manager registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)
- The ship must exceed 500GT for cargo vessels and all sizes for passenger vessels operating in international waters
- Ship owner or manager must possess an IMO number issued by IHS Fairplay
