- Completed Form 7 (Rule 18) by the applicant.

- 2 copies of title for each lot

- 2 copies of Form 24, Form 49, and Memorandum of Association (for companies)
- 2 project summaries
- 2 copies of planning approval letter from MPSP
- 2 copies of architect layout plans.
- Appointment letter for licensed land surveyor

Permit fee: RM200 per 1000m3 per year or part thereof; Subject to state authority approval.
