- Purchase the application form for RM 3.00 - One copy of the latest premises or company registration for applicants outside Pengerang's jurisdiction - One copy of a colored advertisement sketch in A4 size meeting the following conditions: - a. The Malay language usage must be 30% larger than the company name and other languages. - b. The sketch must be stamped for verification by the LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE AGENCY (DBP). If there are corrections, please attach the corrected version. - c. Applicants can contact DBP directly for language usage verification at: http://sbmb.dbp.gov.my/iklan/pelanggan/login.aspx - It is strictly prohibited to advertise for companies sponsoring alcoholic beverages, pornographic content, gambling, and racism. - All conditions and regulations are subject to the PBT's decisions from time to time without notice. - RENEWAL OF LICENCE: Original copy of the current licence that has not expired.
