Advertising Licence - Banner & Bunting (AL-BB)

- Purchase the application form for RM3.00 - One copy of the latest premises registration/company registration for applicants outside Pengerang's jurisdiction - One copy of a colored advertisement sketch in A4 size complying with the following conditions: - a. The Malay language must be 30% larger than the company name and other languages. - b. The sketch must be stamped by the Language and Literary Bureau (DBP). If there are corrections, please attach the corrections made. - c. Applicants can contact DBP for confirmation of language usage at: http://sbmb.dbp.gov.my/iklan/pelanggan/login.aspx - Advertising of alcoholic beverages, pornographic content, gambling, and racial issues is strictly prohibited. - Stickers must be affixed at the bottom right corner of the bunting or banner. - The PBT will not be responsible for any incidents or accidents involving the bunting or banner. - Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in the termination of the permit without notice and the deposit will not be refunded. - Unclaimed deposits within six months will not be refunded. - All conditions and regulations are subject to the PBT's decisions from time to time without notice. - For renewal, the original licence must be presented before expiry.
