Validation and indemnity 4 Laws of Malaysia ACT 583 Fees (National Planetarium) (Validation) 5 LAWS OF MALAYSIA Act 583 FEES (NATIONAL PLANETARIUM) (VALIDATION) ACT 1998 An Act to validate the collection of fees and payments in respect of any entrance to any exhibition held at the National Planetarium during the period from 8 February 1994 to 15 November 1997. [10 July 1998] BE IT ENACTED by the Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong with the advice and consent of the Dewan Negara and Dewan Rakyat in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Fees (National Planetarium) (Validation) Act 1998. Validation and indemnity 2. (1) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Fees Act 1951 [Act 209], the fees and payments which were charged and collected by the Space Science Studies Division, Ministry of Science, Technology and the Environment, Malaysia in respect of any entrance to any exhibition held at the National Planetarium during the period from 8 February 1994 to 15 November 1997, that is, the day before the date of coming into force of the Fees (National Planetarium) Order 1997 [P.U. (A) 461/1997], shall be deemed to have been validly charged and collected.
