Saving SCHEDULE 4 Laws of Malaysia ACT 459 Loans (Central Bank of Malaysia) 5 LAWS OF MALAYSIA Act 459 LOANS (CENTRAL BANK OF MALAYSIA) ACT 1960 An Act to provide for the issue and management by the Central Bank of Malaysia of loans raised under certain laws. [27 June 1960, L.N. 128/1960] BE IT ENACTED by the Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong with the advice and consent of the Dewan Negara and Dewan Rakyat in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Loans (Central Bank of Malaysia) Act 1960. 2. (Omitted). Bank to undertake management of loans 3. On and after the date of the coming into operation of this Act the Central Bank of Malaysia shall undertake the issue and management of the loans raised under the laws specified in the Schedule; and the Minister of Finance may by order make such modifications and amendments in any such laws as appear to him necessary or expedient for the purpose of giving effect to this section. Power of Minister to fix fee 4. The Minister of Finance may fix such fee as he considers reasonable for the performance by the Central Bank of Malaysia of the powers and duties conferred or imposed under this Act, and any such fee shall be charged on the Consolidated Fund. 6 Laws of Malaysia ACT 459 Saving 5.
