Individuals or companies using raw water from any source including rivers, groundwater, and artificial bodies of water.

Application requirements

- Completed Form A and G (4 copies) - Copy of Company Registration Certificate from Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) (4 copies) - Copy of Operating Permit from Local Authority or Relevant Department (4 copies) - Copy of key map showing water abstraction location with RSO grid reference (4 copies) - Copy of land ownership letter, lease agreement, or permission from landowner (4 copies) - Copy of Company Registration Certificate for Consultant (if applicable) (4 copies) - Processing fee of RM150.00 for each abstraction point/application - Completed Form H (4 copies) - Copy of surface water quality laboratory report (4 copies)

Processing fee = RM150.00 / application Licence fee = RM500.00 / year Water abstraction charge: i) Public utility system = 0.03 / m³ ii) Domestic = 0.03 / m³ iii) General commercial = 0.05 / m³ iv) Commercial rock materials = 1,000 / month Security = RM5,000.00
