- Official application letter;
- Area plan in hardcopy and softcopy with coordinates in WGS84;
- Memorandum & Articles of Association/Constitution (if applicable);
- Form 49 Companies Act 1965/Section 58 Companies Act 2016;
- Form 24 Companies Act 1965/Section 78 Companies Act 2016;
- Latest audited financial statement (for limited companies);
- Recent three (3) months bank statement certified true (for individual/sole proprietorship applications);
- Supply agreement letter or memorandum of understanding or agreement document with the company purchasing or using the sand.
Agency fee breakdown
Application Fee: RM3,000.00.
Licence Fee: RM1,000 for every 2.59 km²
Validity Period: Three (3) years from the date the licence is issued or renewed.
