Application requirements
- Completed Form Schedule 1.
- 2 copies of the applicant's identification card (spouse or self).
- 2 copies of the applicant's birth certificate (spouse or self).
- Malaysian citizen aged 18 years and above.
- Must not hold more than one Temporary Occupation Licence.
- Must not have another residential site or house.
- Site location plan of the applied area.
- Support letter from the village head / penghulu / local community leader.
- Application registration fee RM30 / RM10.

a) Urban - RM50 / every 100 square meters
Exceeding 100 square meters additional RM15 / every 100 square meters
b) Village - RM40 / every 100 square meters
Exceeding 100 square meters additional RM10 / every 100 square meters
c) Rural - RM30 / every 100 square meters
Exceeding 100 square meters additional RM8 / every 100 square meters
