Application requirements

- The licence cannot be used for any purpose other than that approved. - No permanent crops or permanent buildings may be erected. - The licence is terminated if the licensee passes away.

Agency fee breakdown

RM 700.00 for every 100 square meters (Urban/Rural Land), RM 700.00 for every 100 square meters per day (Village Land) / Valid until December 31 each year.
