Overview
The Temporary Occupation Licence (LPS) is required for the occupation, transfer, and transportation of earth materials on government land for business purposes. This permit allows businesses to operate under specific conditions outlined in permit 4B.

Eligible applicants
Individuals aged 18 and above, corporations with constitutional authority, and authorized organizations
Application requirements
- Payment of truck registration according to APTN 01/2010
- 15% deposit of the total valuation of earth materials must be paid
- Taking, transferring, and transporting earth materials is not allowed on Sundays and public holidays without written permission from the District Land Administrator
- Operations are allowed from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Operators must comply with conditions set by the Technical Department
- Any violation of related conditions may result in enforcement action and permit cancellation without compensation
