- Applicants must provide required documents to the land office. - Application letter - Copy of applicant's identity card - Copy of the land plan for the area applied for - Applicants must fill out the application form at the land office and sign it. - Payment of application fee. - Action by the land office until the licence is issued.

Agency fee breakdown

1. Minimum payment for LMS or per year. 2. Maximum payment for LMS is for 3 years. - For rubber, palm oil, village, and other crops, the minimum for under 1 hectare is RM 490.00. - For excess over 1 hectare, multiply by RM 110.00 (e.g., 1.14 hectares - 0.14 hectares times RM 110.00). - For orchards, the minimum for under 1 hectare is RM 470.00. - For excess over 1 hectare, multiply by RM 95.00. - For paddy fields, the price is calculated per square meter (Area in square meters times RM 0.35). 3. Until approved by the relevant authority in a special meeting.
