Fees
1) Processing fee: RM1,000.00
2) Deposit fee: RM10,000.00
3) Permit/Licence fee: RM3.00/metric ton (Subject to State Authority approval)
4) Special fee: RM10,000.00/hectare/year or part thereof (Subject to State Authority approval)
Licence Validity Period
1) Renewal must be submitted to the District Land Office before or in July each year.
2) The permit approval period is for three (3) years. However, the rock material permit must be issued by the Land Administrator annually and will expire at the end of December each year.
