Application requirements
- Complete the application form for selling intoxicating liquor under the Excise Act 1976 (Section 35 and Regulation II (1)).
- Required documents include:
a) 1 application letter
b) 6 copies of the applicant's identity card
c) 6 copies of company registration
d) 6 copies of land ownership/lease agreement
e) 6 location plans
f) 6 site plans
g) 6 photos of the premises (2 outside and 2 inside from different angles)
Agency fee breakdown
Processing fee: RM 60.00 per day x 30 days (maximum)
