Special Permit for Agricultural/Small Scale Business Land Use (SPASB)

Overview

Application requirements

- Application to the Land Administrator must be made using Form 24 and include: - Written consent from all parties with registered interests in the land, including exempt tenants. - Copy of the agreement between the landowner and the operator. - Copy of the Power of Attorney if the application is made by an authorized person or entity. - Copy of the current land rental receipt.

a) Application fee - RM 20.00 (Drawing fee RM 8.00) b) Latest Official Search Certificate (Valid for 6 months from the date of issue). c) The duration of this special permit is for one year, expiring on December 31 each year.
