Application requirements
- Application to the Land Administrator must be made using Form 24 and include:
- Written consent from all parties with registered interests in the land, including exempted tenants.
- Copy of the agreement between the landowner and the operator.
- Copy of the Power of Attorney if the application is made by an authorized person or entity.
- Copy of the current land rent receipt that has been paid.
Agency fee breakdown
a) Application fee - RM 20.00 (and plan fee RM 8.00)
b) Latest Official Search Certificate (valid for 6 months from the date issued).
c) The duration for this special permit shall be for one year ending December 31 each year.
