Application requirements
- New application:
- Letter of application to PTD
- Land grant of the requested location
- Location plan of the requested location
- Current year's land tax
- Official search for each title (RM 40.00)
- Application registration fee (RM 30.00)
- If approved, the company must provide the company seal and title number.
- Company application:
- Letter of application from the company
- Letter of consent from the landowner
- Copy of the landowner's identity card
- Or tender letter
- Certified memorandum and articles of association
- Company resolution
- Land grant of the requested location
- Location plan
- Current year's land tax
- Official search for each title (RM 40.00)
- Registration fee (RM 30.00)
- If approved, the company must provide the company seal and title number.
- Renewal application:
- If there is a renewal of the rock material permit, the applicant must submit a letter for the renewal of the rock material permit for the following year.
