Application requirements

- 2 application forms for the rock material permit. - 2 copies of the identity card. - 2 plans of the requested area. - If the applicant is the landowner, include a letter of permission from the landowner and a copy of the land title. - If the applicant is a company: I) Memorandum and Articles of Association. II) Forms 24 & 49 of the Companies Act 1965. III) Company resolution. - If the applicant is an organization/cooperative/association/statutory body: I) 2 copies of the organization's laws/act and other certified documents. II) 2 copies of certified meeting minutes/company resolution. - Comply with the instructions of the Tampin Land Administrator from time to time.

Processing fee: 1. Application fee = RM40.00 2. Plan fee = RM14.00 Royalty fee: Land sand = RM1.20/cubic meter Deposit (security bond): 300% of the monthly royalty based on the specified monthly production quantity or a minimum of RM1,000.00, whichever is higher. Permit duration: Validity of the permit according to the approved duration and fee.
