- Application letter - Completed Schedule 1 Form 6 (Rule 1) by the applicant. - 20 copies of the site and location plan with landowner's signature, layout plan, contour plan, and approved land work plan. - 2 copies of title deeds for each lot. - 2 copies of Form 24, Form 49, and Memorandum of Association (for companies). - 2 copies of Project Summary. - 2 copies of planning permission and land work plan (approved by MPSP). - 2 copies of Power of Attorney. - 2 copies of the applicant/landowner's identity card (for individual applications). - Appointment letter from a licensed land surveyor.
